Brenda was absolutely phenomenal to work with. As a first time homebuyer, and buying suddenly without much planning, she made it so much easier than it otherwise would have been. She was always just a call or text away and always replied promptly. I honestly do not think I could have made it through this process without her. We are now living in our new home and it’s everything we could have ever dreamed of. I would recommend Coldwell to absolutely anyone who asks!!

Brenda was outstanding from start to finish. She communicated regularly, was helpful with her thoughts and gave great direction. Brenda understood the market and properly priced our property. I spoke with 3 other competing agents before choosing Brenda. They weren't in her league!

Brenda really understood what we were looking for in a new house. Over the course of a year and a half she continued to send us addresses and info online for homes we might be interested in. She was very helpful in the purchase offer process and also afterward. She answers calls and emails promptly.

Brenda was an exceptional help to us with the sale of our home. We are a senior citizen couple who moved from our home of nearly 50 years with all the stress and emotions that come with that. Brenda helped us navigate thru those trying times with her friendly , calming manner. She took care of our paperwork, pointed us to resources, and showed us how to present our home to buyers. Brenda scheduled appointments and brought us multiple offers (all over asking price) from which to choose all over one weekend. Our home sold in basically one day!
